Our mission is to bridge gaps between home and school, clinical goals and real life, and families and systems by providing thoughtful, ethical care that honors each child, each family, and their unique journey. Everything we do is rooted in integrity, empathy, and collaboration.
Building Bridges was created from lived experience, not just theory. Our leadership and clinical team understand firsthand how consistent, compassionate support can change a child’s life, and how deeply families are impacted when services are limited or disconnected. That perspective shapes how we serve, how we listen, and how we show up for families every day.

Rebecca Lachapell MA, BCBA, LBA
At the heart of Building Bridges is our Chief Clinical Officer, who leads with both expertise and compassion. She is deeply committed to ensuring every child receives care that is thoughtful, individualized, and rooted in evidence-based practices. Beyond overseeing clinical programming, Rebecca is passionate about mentoring our team and celebrating every milestone—big or small. For her, it’s not just about progress on paper, but about helping each child and family feel seen, supported, and empowered.

CoFounder & CMOOur Chief Marketing Officer is the voice behind Building Bridges, sharing our story and connecting families to the support they need. With a strong focus on community, outreach, and brand integrity, the CMO ensures that our message is clear, compassionate, and accessible. She is dedicated to building trust, raising awareness, and creating meaningful connections that extend our impact beyond therapy sessions. Along with a few other hats, Cora is dedicated to make sure families can find the support when they need it most.
Marvin Rosario
Our Chief Financial Officer ensures the sustainability and strength of Building Bridges, allowing us to continue serving families with excellence. By managing financial strategy, planning, and operations, the CFO helps balance growth with responsibility. Marvin’s work behind the scenes supports our ability to invest in high-quality care, team development, and long-term impact in the communities we serve.

From daily operations to long-term systems and processes, the COO ensures that our team is equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality services. With a focus on efficiency, organization, and team support, Omar helps create a seamless experience for both families and staff.
