Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll play a key role in helping clients build communication, social, and daily living skills in a support and engaging environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children

  • Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity

  • Collect and record data on client progress

  • Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and independence

  • Collaborate with BCBA’s and caregivers

  • Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for working with children and making a difference

  • Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to stay engaged, playful, and patient

  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

RBT Certification

  • If already certified: Active RBT certification in good standing

  • In not yet certified: We provide guidance and support to help you become an RBT
