Who We Are

Hello!

We're a team of passionate thinkers and doers, dedicated to building with purpose and clarity. Collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do.

Our Story

I'm Rebecca, Director of Clinical Operations and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Building Bridges ABA. With over a decade of experience supporting children on the autism spectrum and their families, I am committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA services that meet each child and each family exactly where they are.
My path to this field is a personal one. Growing up with a sister who has special needs gave me an early and lasting appreciation for the impact that the right support can have, not just on a child, but on an entire family. That experience shapes the way I show up for the families we serve every day.
I hold a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, a Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, and I am completing my doctorate in Behavior Analysis with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Management at The Chicago School. Across my time in the field, I have worked in center, home, community, and school settings, I have conducted assessments, developed individualized treatment plans, and worked alongside clinical teams grounded in both quality and care. I am deeply committed to culturally responsive care and believe every family deserves support that honors their background, values, and lived experience.
As Director of Clinical Operations at Building Bridges ABA, I oversee the quality and consistency of care across our programs. I work closely with the team to ensure every child receives thoughtful, data-driven treatment, and that every team member has the guidance and support they need to deliver it well.
Above all, I believe that families are their child's greatest advocates. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and genuinely partnered with us throughout your child's journey.
